ABOUT US
Elegance & Flavour is an exclusive company based near Bath, Somerset. We cater for small events, pre & post wedding parties, weddings, charity & corporate events, cocktail parties, christenings & funeral teas. As well as this, we cater for shooting lunches & weekend house parties. Not to mention, our service for filling your freezer & delivering ready made meals to your door.
Our experienced staff can help you plan your day. We offer party & event planning, from organising flowers to drinks & special requirements.
Cordon Bleu trained, born in Southern Ireland where I grew up, with a passion for
food, learning family recipes & experimenting with flavours on my travels around
the world. Loving to be creative, bringing taste and creativity together.
I set up Elegance & Favour 8 years ago to provide bespoke menus for small
weddings, private dinner parties, & all private events with my wonderful team as we
like nothing better than to make your day or evening special. I have been a private chef for
25 years & in that time have also brought up three boys who have been very much
part of the team over the years.
DINNER PARTY MENU
Starters:
Potato pancakes with smoked salmon, crème fresh & caviar.
Goats cheese, roasted beetroot & black olive tuile.
Spinach, smoked salmon & herbed cream roulade served
with a horseradish cream.
Spiced Thai fish cakes with sweet chilli sauce
& cucumber salad.
Scallops with smoked bacon & pea puree.
Mains:
Beef fillet with herb croutons & béarnaise sauce
Crusted rump of lamb, garlic & spinach spelt risotto
with baby roast tomatoes.
Caramelised breast of duck with honey
served with port jus & roasted carrots.
Chicken breasts wrapped in prosciutto ham
with a creamy wild mushroom sauce.
Halibut with prawn & spinach risotto
Desserts:
Chocolate torte topped with pistachio
served with raspberries & cream.
New York baked cheese cake.
Mini sticky toffee puddings
